"It was a nice sized house. All of the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was a good size, and the separate dining room sat six people comfortably with room to spare. Air conditioning worked well and had separate controls by room. There was a pleasant gated front yard with a few chairs and a covered porch. "Location is great. Walk across street to Atlantis. The daily amenity to Atlantis is wonderful! You have access to everything just not sleeping there. The breakfast is good at comfort suites. They have about same options everyday but still ok. To be able to save money it is still a good breakfast! The room was clean. Everyday they come to clean or just give you clean towels and take garbage. Whatever you need! Staff very nice! There is a musty smell in the building. Smells some in room too but the air conditioner runs constant to keep up with the heat and humidity on the island. We just learned to deal with it. Only other problem was the water pressure was bad. Had to take extra long showers to get soap out of my long hair. Asked maintenance about it and they said unfortunately that is a problem and they hoped to eventually get something installed to help it. Says paradise island has trouble with water pressure but who knows... Overall I would recommend staying here. The pool is smaller but nice if you just don't feel like walking to Atlantis. Going there requires a lot of walking. We had a great vacation and staying here was more in our budget and still enjoyed everything! Don't need a car either. Can walk or take taxi. Took taxi over to Nassau one day to shop. Set up a snorkel trip from the hotel and walked about 2 blocks to marina to catch boat. Grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance, also. Older hotel but still enjoyed our trip!"

"This was an excellent visit! The property is better than advertised and the location is phenomenal. The pools, beach access, the beach itself, and the amenities were fantastic and just what was needed. This was perfect for my family and I (seven total, including 3 kids (12 years old and younger). Will definitely look to stay again! My kids wanted to move there!"

"Honestly, if you are staying on Paradise Island, THIS is the place to stay. You will not find a better price for the size of condo, proximity to the beach, facilities, and closeness to Atlantis and stores. John was extremely attentive to all of our needs. He replied quickly and saved us from renting a car which I'm so glad we did because we just did not need it. The unit was spacious with a washer and dryer inside. Wifi and AC both worked super well as did the TVs. We stayed 8 days and other than 2 dinners, we ate every single meal in the condo. To do this, you MUST bring food with you from your country otherwise, you will spend thousands on groceries. Everything is so expensive in the Bahamas..it is shocking. The kitchen was well equipped to handle every one of my meals i had planned and we had a fantastic time. The pool never closes which was great for my kids who jumped out of the ocean and straight into the pool. If you don't feel like cooking, Viola's is downstairs and has a robust menu and a full bar. If you're going to Atlantis, it's literally a 10 minute walk from the unit. Also 10 minutes away is a little Plaza with a few food options and two small markets. There are little electric scooters scattered around Paradise Island if that's your thing but taxis are easy to get. If I were returning to Paradise Island, I would book this condo in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, as promised, and John and his staff were all so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!"
