In eerste instantie ging het ophalen van de sleutel uit het sleutelkastje in het IBIS hotel niet goed. De codes van het sleutelkastje was niet correct. Dat heeft 2 uur geduurd voordat er een monteur kwam. Aangekomen bij het complex was het niet duidelijk welk appartement we konden betreden. Na het proberen van de sleutel op diverse deuren ging er een deur open. De kastjes, deurhandvaten, lichtknopjes waren niet schoon en zaten onder het huidvuil. Dus eerst de keukenkastjes, koelkastdeur, handgrepen moeten reinigen met Dettol. Keukeninventaris was verre van compleet. Handdoeken waren er wel genoeg en het bed was redelijk. Sommige verlichting deed het niet, bijvoorbeeld die van het toilet en de toiletbril zat los. We kregen geen antwoord op de vraag waar we het beste konden parkeren en of dat ook onder het complex zou kunnen, daar zijn parkeerplaatsen. Appartement ligt wel dicht bij de metro wat fijn is. Uiteindelijk was Parijs geweldig en daar kwamen we voor.
