“We enjoyed a wonderful short stay in Yorkshire and were made to feel so welcome in this lovely cottage, Sue really went above and beyond to make our visit special. Next time we’ll be sure to make use of the fabulous courtyard if the weather permits!”

“It was a nice hotel and service is generally very good. Felt like northern hospitality. Like how they don't charge service charge as standard on things like restaurant service. Rooms are quite spacious but views could be better. No mini fridge and no slippers as standard which I found surprising for a 5* hotel. Disappointed Bertams restaurant was closed when we visited so only had 2 options available. The setting is secluded which is very nice. Breakfast was OK...pretty standard but not……

“Very reasonable, friendly staff. Services right there for food options Rooms and bedding clean Work stay allowed me to get close to where I needed to be without the overpriced room rates in the towns ”

“Was staying on a business trip. Had a good hour of swimming in the large pool then steam room and sauna. The changing area is under renovation so was a bit confusing on how to get to the pool after changing but I am sure it will be great once completed. Had the hot tower of chicken wings and strips with nachos with a couple of beers, great food and service. Will stay again”

“我喜歡有天窗的房間。床單和地毯也很乾淨。只是浴室淋浴間有黃漬，床頭櫃的抽屜裡還有似乎前一個旅客遺留下來用剩的咖啡和糖包，這些清潔細節需要再加強。如果可以再提供旅客吹風機和掛大衣的勾勾或桿子就好囉！”
