"Checking in was very very easy, our conversation at check in was lighthearted and fun , the overall character of this hotel is so unique it was comforting. The halls, unusual doorways and decor all together made this a very good nights stay in Lisbon."

"I had a great experience staying at this property. The room I stayed in was very clean and they have this signature lavender scent which smelt sooo good! There were 3 shared washrooms which were kept clean most of the time, I guess it just depends who last used them. You have to wake up early if you want a guaranteed morning shower lol. All the other shared facilities such as the kitchen, dining, and balcony were also kept clean in a greatly manner. Not to mention, there was construction...

"DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. OWNER WRITES FAKES REVIEWS! You will feel extremely unsafe. The rooms feel like they haven't been cleaned in forever. Lighting is extremely poor. Smells bad. And the owner writes fake reviews about the property!! All of the 5-star reviews on Google Maps are from the same person, go and check for yourself. I stayed here because of a last minute emergency, but I would've preferred to spend the night at an airport or anywhere else. "

"I booked a private room whith bathroom and breakfast included, we ended in a dormitory with shared bathrooms, also breakfast was not an option. The place is dirty, dust in every corner and empty bottles/plastic garbage left around in the rooms. The owners seem not to care much"

"For the high price we paid, I was hoping to get a clean room. We got only 1 towel pp, non a face towel, or a bath floor towel mate. Instead there was a plastic mate in the bath, and another plastic mate when you get out from the bath. It seems it was dirty and oily when our clean legs caused black stains on the floor. Also the window shutter is broken. Looks like a bad maintenanced place"

"We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...
