"Great location but this hotel needs a decoration update, layout and amenities fine but the windows are in need of a paint and draughty and the door lock was a bit cranky! The rooms are comfy and for the price it’s good value and the beds are comfortable. Friendly helpful staff and good location "

"Our stay at the Clermont was outstanding, easily a 12/10. After a long flight from NY, having our room ready early was such a gift. The staff were Amazing, especially Kamil and Rhene. Everyone at every turn was so friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was the icing on the cake. Easily accessible to Everything! Right above the underground, yet when you enter the hotel, it seems like you are miles away. The added touches made my daughter’s birthday extra special and were so thoughtful. The hotel is charming and beautiful, honestly the photos don’t do it justice. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Afternoon tea was delightful. This will likely be the only place I stay in London when I return!"

"Shops, many restaurants right nearby within walking distance. Rioms were beautifully clean. Had a problem with the bathroom but they staff happily changed our room, sent us somecakes and called us to ask if were we happy. Very good caring service and staff. Food at restaurant was exceptional. "
