Even during this RMCO time, the hotel still maintain the standard. But due to low occupancy, only 1 life are operated instead of 3. Swimming pool and Gym room open as usual

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Best experience as always.

It was a old school colonial style building. The room was a little small but for the price we were paying I have no complaints.

Like the location, accessible to main sites in Georgetown

Im writing this review based on what i paid (with huge discount, of course due pandemic covid19). The room is excellent, friendly staffs and all amenities just walking distance. My room located at ground floor, just beside the cafe. In rush hour, you may hear noises created by people who are having their meals. Im okay with that, just i was not comfortable with the bathroom. It was small and smelly. Overall, the hotel is okay. Due to the bathroom issue, i recommend you to find other hotels nearby.

Whats not to like. Its a delightful and charming gem of a place. The virtues of the 9th century vintage shophouse design are exploited to the full, in conjunction with al modern amenities. JL is a genial and affable host. I do expect to return and do not hesitate to recommend this venue to customers in the future.
