「It was the perfect place to stay. Everything was just right. The staff were lovely. There was an excellent selection of breakfasts. I am unable to fault anything about the stay.」

「Parking was fine, bar was OK. We were furious to learn, on checking in, that breakfast could not be served until 9.30am (on a Monday?..come on!). We had to be on our way by 7.30. This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room).」

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」
