NIce property, great location, well maintained. Only challenge is weekend check-in and out process and communications.

Family Rest

The property was perfect for our family time for getting rest. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor made it homely. However, upon arrival, we were not able to open the garage door for easier access to the property and when reported and being told how to open (which still did not work) and that someone would come out was a little frustrating because no one ever came out. The carpet in the Queen bedroom needed a little attention. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely awesome

Everything was excellent. My only complaint is that the property was advertised with free rounds of golf at the on site golf course. The course did not honor this arrangement. They said that realators falsely list this admenity.

Spacious Living

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for my husband and I and all three of our adult children. Ours sons had to work a bit while we were there and there we space for them to find a quiet place to get their work done while the rest of us enjoyed the common areas. Beaches were beautiful. The short ride from the airport made this a very accessible vacation to our whole family. Thank you for sharing your home.

Disappointed

We had plenty of space and loved this resort last time we stayed. This time we were extremely short on towels, had to do laundry every day. Only 2 hand towels in kitchen. One room had no light nor tv remote. Last time we had plenty of beach towels there were none provided this time. Would have been fine but I neglected to pack any since there was an over abundance last time. They advertise a pool on site but it was closed the entire week. This resort was the reason we came back to Perdido Key but sadly I don’t think we will stay with this resort again.

Wonderful property and great location!

Beautiful property! So close to the beach and many other amenities. Loved that it was in a secured area. Everything was clean and made us feel right at home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean, spacious and well kept. We were very comfortable during our stay. There were plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils. Another set of silverware for 8 would have been helpful.
