「We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

「It has excellent location to both oce@n and intercostal near Main Street and trolley stop. Smaller than expected.」

「Everything about my stay was great! Will definitely be back!」

Our only negatives were the bed being too firm for our liking, as well as bright outside...

「Nice condo and great location! Perfect for 2 people. The front desk people are super nice and very helpful.」

「We have stayed in Ervin's properties before and they are always extremely clean and updated to a high standard. We would definitely stay at this, or Ervin's other properties, in the future.」
