Peace in the mountains

Beautiful apartment, with stunning views and excellent facilities. The pool was so convenient to have and perfect for a relaxing day in the mountains. Very comfortable and large bed, as well as lovely furnishings around. It felt very homely and was a lovely space for my partner and I. Please make it a priority to mention the bus service to your guests. This cost myself and my partner €32 to reach the apartment and at no point in any of your materials or when we picked up the keys did you inform us of the extremely handy bus - you made it seem as if car/taxi services were the only way to reach the apartment. Please also take a look at your front door lock and label your keys clearer. You can get key covers with different colours, which could be used to help people identify the right key. I know my partner and I struggled to enter the apartment multiple times, so I would consider getting this looked at. Provide bug spray in the apartment. Given the extremely long and unkept grass surrounding the apartment, we experienced a lot of bites. Fortunately, we had spray, but if you’re not going to keep the grass kept, it would be nice to have something to help ward off the bugs. Have more two pin plug adaptors or make it known that it is three pin in Italy. Provide details of local supermarkets.
