My wife went back to the front desk, got different instructions, that also didn’t work. On her way back to the front desk, she found an employee, who had finished work, and walked her around the hotel to show her the room. 「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
