“When we checked in we met a very nice woman by the name of Melody. She was so welcoming. We received a text a little while after we checked into the hotel to make sure we were good. The place was very clean! ”

“The staff is friendly when you get to see them. You have to ring a bell and wait until they get to the desk. Forget about housekeeping and an additional towel. But the beds are comfortable and the room is clean.”

“The property and spa facilities are top notch, incredibly good service. Only criticism would be that the rooms are a bit dated from a design perspective. But still very comfortable and spotless.”

“Was able to access a newly renovated cottage. It was delightful. Top notch facility. Hopefully, they can renovate all of the rooms. The site is approximately 3 kms from the heart of Skaneatles. Personslly, i walked into town each day. Would definitely recommend this facility.”
