THE SPACE
Our condo is 1,135 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds.
We are able to accommodate 5 guests + an infant in our pack n play!
*Master Bedroom 1 + Bath : One king bed with ample space lies center in this room. A smart TV is in this bedroom. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. There’s a large closet with the pack-n-play for you to use at your convenience. The bathroom ensuite includes a shower, sink area, and toilet. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided.
*Bedroom 2 : A queen size bed with a twin bunk on top is in this room. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. A smart TV is also in this bedroom.
*Bathroom : In the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a toilet, shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use.
Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.
Bathrooms are complete with shower towels, hand towels, and 1 dark face towel per guest for makeup removal.
For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. Pool towels are in the bedroom closet.
*Living Room :
There`s tons of sitting space to relax in this open living room where the whole gang can hang out! 3 separate couches and 2 butterfly chairs make is easy for everyone to spread out. Enjoy watching the smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login.
*Patio : Dine or relax on the outdoor patio that faces Camelback Road. You`ll have beautiful views of Camelback mountain which also means great sunsets!
*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 6 seats is set with the ability to extend the table for holidays or larger dinners. Please ask us for the leaf extenders.
While there are fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood, the kitchen is open and complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating in. Basic kitchen ingredients such as spices and olive oil are available for your use. A favorite of this kitchen is the ability to open the windows to serve food or drinks on the outdoor patio!
Dishwasher is available for use at your convenience
Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a pot.
*Pool & Hot Tub : Just steps away from the pool, you`ll have access to the condos shared pool and hot tub area. The hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.
*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided along with other cleaning materials should you feel the need to use them.
You`ll have full access to the home minus one locked closet.
We are available to guests via VRBO messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.
The neighborhood is the first one we ever moved to in Arizona and we`re in love with it. It`s right off the Arizona Canal where you can wake up and run, walk, or bike on it. Walking distance to restaurants, and drug stores, and just a 2-minute drive to grocery stores and tons more restaurants. You`re a 5-minute drive from the Biltmore golf course, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, and less than 10 minutes to Piestewa Peak for beautiful hiking.
Our complex is quiet with many full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.
There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the condo.
This unit is on the second floor, requiring guests to walk up approx. 10 stairs to the unit.
★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.
★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:
- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
