「The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us. 」

「Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....
