“A good place for vacation ”

“This is why this comment should matter: We have previously stayed at this Holiday Inn for 3 times. Although our first and second stay was quite nice, our third was one that will prompt us to never come back. Our third experience is as followed. We travelled to Phuket with our grandparents, note that they are in their 70's and 80's. One morning they had decided to head towards one of the restaurants for the hotel's morning buffet. When our grandparents arrived at the restaurant, not only were……

“每年生日都儘量抽時間出外旅遊，放鬆心情，感謝酒店暖心地送上生日蛋糕！酒店挨山而建，樹木環抱，遠挑巴東海灘，非常適宜渡假。酒店有免費車可供預約往巴東海灘，即使錯過了，步行也不太遠。有兩個泳池，一個面向海，有按摩池；另一個在半山腰，有滑梯和龍門架，各適其適。總括來說，對這次住宿非常滿意。”

“my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible……

“We booked pool access room and nearly become our private pool, very chill and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices. Staffs are very polite and quick reaction against our requests. Definitely will book this hotel again if I have chance to come back Phuket.”

“房間十分寬敞舒適，景觀亦佳，但不竟已有些年份，客廳冷氣重開後會有輕微滴水情況，雖不嚴重，但若能做好些冷氣維護會更好。”

“오래되긴 했지만 청결하게 잘 유지되고 있고, 풀장은 오래되었지만 코지한 느낌으로 뭔가 좋아요. 수영장 베드가 부족해서 자리 잡는데 약간 어려움이있어요. 직원분들 모두 정말 친절해요. 시큐리티, 주차관리인, 리셉션, 풀바 바텐더, 하우스키퍼 등 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 접근성은 좋긴하나 언덕에 있는거라 바이크나 차량있어야 편하고 1시간마다 해변가는 셔틀은 있어서 나쁘지 않아요.(해변까지 걸어서는5-7분)”

“服务人员热情，见面都会主动打招呼；酒店环境优美，私密性强，距离海滩几步距离，相对安静。儿童泳池非常棒，经常有工作人员带儿童做游戏。适合带孩子来玩。 晚上餐厅非常不帮，有两位驻场歌手，实力非常不错，旁边在海边吃饭，喝酒听歌，吹海风，太舒服了。值得推荐。 对了还有能提供中文服务，有位来自台湾的前台工作人员，交流顺畅！”

“Great spot. Great price. Make sure to book a non smoking room if that’s not for you. Staff at front very good. Would have preferred to been asked if my room was cleaned more. Had my sign on door multiple times and they only cleaned once. Pool area was great. I would stay again. Thank you.”
