「We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.」

「Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all.
