“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. “This was a really cute property nestled in the hills above Tremezzo. While I did not use the pool or tennis courts, they looked very nice and well maintained. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. All staff members were really nice and helpful. One thing that would have been nice would be a shuttle service to help people get around town, as the walk, while pleasant in the morning and when going downhill, became quite arduous in the afternoon. “Really lovely B&B such good value for money. Cleaned often plenty of towels soap ext provided. Hosts were great at communicating super helpful and ready to answer questions. Very cute town with lovely views. The room was spacious and clean and we were provided with really useful stuff for our stay including a hair dryer and adaptor plug. Only negative would be that the bus service was a bit confusing however this is not the fault of the B&B at all and they included bus information and……

“Saknade en trevlig bar/uteplats, pool eller åtminstone en brygga man kunde bada ifrån. Tråkig frukost, ingen äggröra eller bacon utan mest torrt bröd och kallt kaffe. De försökte men behöver nog lite hjälp att fräscha upp hotellet. Saknade även plats att hänga badkläder på tork samt flytande schampo i duschen.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
