“We absolutely loved staying here”

“Over the last several years we have visited at least 1 unique or luxury home every year. This is one of the best and a hidden gem! This home is everything of that we could ask for, stated in the listing and more. What we initially overlooked was the convenience of the location, which turned out to be pleasant surprise, approx. 10 minutes to Gulf islands national seashore and 2 state parks and a wide variety of restaurants in Perdido beach and orange beach. Highly recommend JellyFish restaurant……

Located on a private beach with chair and umbrella service, private beach club with food and drinks and also situated on a gated community golf resort with heated pool and nice gym facilities. “The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)”

“Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. There is a ceiling fan in that area but there's no remote or switch. I texted Vacasa and……

“WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. “We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus.”
