“House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities).……

“Great clean place to have peace and quit time inside secured comunity buildings . The only thing we miss is beach to swim as they close most beaches and my family could not swim in the lake but the used the Public pool.I recommend the place to people who seek rest and quite time.”

“The house is beautiful and spotless! The dock was covered with cobwebs and no directions were given for lights on the dock! And then there was the carport! So, when we pulled in to the carport both of noticed lots and lots of dirt covering the French drain at end of driveway; covering most of said drain! Then overnight it stormed! Water approximately 2” deep all the way to back wall! Mud was everywhere, nothing was draining off! I called Mrs. Sims; told her about and her answer was yes that……

“Super pleased with this property. Property was not only clean but equipped with anything possible we may have needed. We had to reach host with code for unlocking and locking procedures but other than that this stay was perfect. We had room for every guest. We could have used more towels knowing the property can accommodate a lot of people. Easiest checkout instructions (and I have stayed in several rentals). Strongly recommend for big parties.”
