"To me, service is most important. The house cleaning staff, the receptionist, every receptionist was wonderful. Of course the hotel is right there in MK so it’s very convenient. It’s beautiful and clean with an amazing view!! Easy to get taxi MTR and other public transportation. It’ll be my go to hotel from now on"

"Hotel was good value and I've stay a few times over the years including my 3 weeks stay during COVID. Location is good and the free shuttle bus is a nice touch and the free luggage storage when checking out was nice and which gives you another day to explore without lugging around with suitcases. Staff friendly and helpful. Only let down was the hotel is starting to show it's age age."
