“The staff, Leslie, Sophie, Jamil and others were very friendly and helpful. Room 201 is my room now. I will return and request it. The balcony is huge and the decor is tranquil. I liked the modern decor. I appreciated the frequent ferry schedule to the South side. I also like the location of the property being close to places like Bliss beach. I wished though that Zenses maintained their beach. The seaweed smelled and kept one from being close to the water. I was awakened at 6 in the morning to……

“Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality. Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing. Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.”

“Amazing place to stay. Easy walk to any food, drinks and activities. Not loud at night time which is very nice. One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! “Overall the hotel was nice! The water cooler was a very nice treat to have in the room. The water was nice and cold. The shower in my room was huge! Loved it!!! No hot water, but temp was okay. The only thing that was not good was the noise that the door was making because of the wind. It was knocking all night. Staff was friendly and very attentive!”

“Lovely hosts! Everything you need for a comfortable, safe and independent stay on Caye Caulker. We had the room on the top floor, with a King bed, SPACIOUS private bathroom, our own fridge and patio, plus easy access to the main communal patio and kitchen. Lots of great local recommendations provided. Easy, complimentary access to bicycles and a small pool. The dogs are friendly. This is the PERFECT place to stay for folks like us who enjoy a quiet retreat away from the "busy" zone and we……

“Property definitely needs some plumbing work. Shower in the room was barely working, the shower by the pool was in better condition than the one in the room. Toilet would barely flush, mind you, you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper....”

“We had originally booked a 3-night stay and needed to change our dates. We arranged the change by email with the hotel manager, who confirmed in writing that everything was updated. However, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had never been changed and that there was no availability for our third night. We showed the written confirmation to the manager on site, but he explained that the employee who had confirmed the change was no longer working there and that the hotel would not……

“This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again.……
