El personal del hotel es remarcable! Estuvimos en Family Club la habitación excelente y con todo lo que necesitas para los niños, bien surtida de agua y jugo, batas y amenidades para todos, el restaurante de family le falta más variedad de comida saludable para los niños, tal vez ofrecer pequeños shows o entretenimiento para los más pequeños en el desayuno o la cena, la estación de omelette aún no esta habilitada, el Kids club y la piscina para niños excelente, los restaurantes a la carta muy bien, el área de toboganes para adultos y niños es lo mejor, un espacio para compartir en familia, los snacks muy bien y las bebidas surtidas. Pasamos unas bonitas vacaciones. Mis sugerencias más sombrillas en la zona de piscina, una fiesta familiar tipo white party y mas música en vivo. Y mejorar y ambientar las zonas de kids bufet.

We enjoyed our stay over there, Staff was really helpful and friendly, the nights entertainment shows were amazing, food in rest La hacienda was absolutely perfect that we went twice, food at La vaqueria was not good at all neither in the Italian Restaurant that I do not remember the name now, the buffets restaurant were good, a lot of options, the service was great and finally I think the swimming pools could be a little cleaner that they were, but they were ok overall

The staff was friendly and welcoming, we didn't like the fact that we couldn't enjoy the beach because of sea weeds and how awful it smelled. We also didn't like the fact that there were wild animals roaming the pool side area. Entertainment at nights was too short and the food at the buffet was same every day. Our son enjoyed the kids club.Overall not bad but not either.

Omg, just I wasted money. The food was terrible and the menu was the same all week, the pool water was hot like swimming in soup, the staff was not nice. From 10:15 pm there was no music or activities for the guests and you had to go back to the room. This trip was very boring for my children aged 9-16-14, the hotel internet was very slow and kept cutting out, the room was full of mosquitoes. Please do not waste your money.

We spent the week here and had a good time. Staff was great and very attentive thing. Rooms where clean. The food at the family buffet was hit or miss buts its typically very quiet. Loved the ice cream shop and the family club areas We never used the drop off kids club service One thing that I wish I knew going in as how the dinner reservation system worked being 72 hours open in advance the first 3 days you probably wont be able to book a restaurant just take that in mind when pre-booking any excursion. One improvement to the family club room I would make is to add something to make grip on the bottom of the family club rooms.

The food options, beverage stations and pools were really excellent and so were the room and service staff supplying and cleaning them. The four year old wanted to go to the kids club once in the two weeks we stayed there but the 11 year old wasn’t excited about it. Not sure whether a little more advertisement and marketing of the activities would help. Otherwise we were quite happy with our experience.

Worst resort I’ve been too thus far. From the cleanliness, to the staff and the food. Couldn’t even get into one restaurant, reservations were booked since checking in which was pretty dumb to begin with since you needed a room number to make a reservation. Would never recommend this resort to anybody EVER! Waste of $2000 + to eat the same three buffets 5 days straight! Oh and let’s not forget no beach due to the seaweeds and that smell was unbearable! Felt bad for those who had rooms next to the beach! SMH

Pesima atencion del personal en general, las unicas que eran amables y sonrientes eran las del kids club. La comida mala , todo lleno de grasa muy pocas opciones en el buffet y super repetitivo. La heladeria ponen a una persona a atender a todo el hotel si quieres un helado = formarte 30-50 minutos. La cafeteria esta rica pero 30minutos les toma darte un cafe. Falta personal! Las estaciones de toallas nunca vi a una persona atendiendo las dejan botadas ahi y se van y si se acaban ps nimodo te quedas sin toallas. La barra 1 persona para atender a toda una alberca. No vuelvo definitivamente eso de que es hotel de “5 estrellas” imposible de creer
