Was the worst ever experience when renting via VRBO
I would like to warn you about renting this place. The host was totally uncooperative. After I got the rental confirmation our group bought the plane tickets.
Then I tried to contact the host sending multiple messages and calling the number listed online many times. It looked like the number was inactive. They never answered my calls and I didn't get the condo access info to get inside.
About 4 days before our group arrival I contacted the VRBO staff to report the problem. They were not helpfull at all.
My daily calls to check the resolution status were met with the answer that "they are working on it" and I should wait.
So on the departure day we didn't have the condo access info and there was no reply from the VRBO staff. We didn't have a place to go into. The next day after our arrival to Mexico VRBO informed us that they refunded the rental payment with no explanation and no apology and the condo is still listed on the website. So be careful.
