“The service was impeccable from check in to check out. Leo made us feel so welcome the moment we walked in the door. The location is secluded away from the town and had its own beach access to Bisaenz which has limited parking on its own. There are a ton of animals including monkeys, iguanas, toucans on the property itself you can view from the restaurant. “Amazing location, good rooms, beatiful territory with wild life. Great and inexpensive cocktails. Would love to give 5* of it wasn't for uneven service. Service level, quality of food in the restaurant varied between excellent and mediocre at best. One night the staff was just missing - no food, no bar... No warning. “The View was the reason we chose this hotel. Room was ok, very simple, Pool is mini and needs repair. Restaurant was amazing!!! Room form photos looks like it had a balcony however it is just a walkway that people pass in front of. The Door to the hotel room was a sliding glass door without a standard Handle and lock.
