Whether I wanted a quick bite, a nice sit-down meal, or to explore the vibrant energy of the neighborhood, everything was conveniently close by. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I appreciated having plenty of space to unwind, which made my stay feel even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting New York—whether for business or leisure. With its unbeatable views, great location, and comfortable accommodations, I would happily stay here again."

"The tiny room took some getting used to, as did the shared bathroom. But I rarely saw any other patrons and never had to wait."

"Great they were able to accommodate us and change our room. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location. Not a noisy area and had no problems sleeping in. Free water bottles to go and the coffee machines made great coffee. "

"this was in a great area! such a short walk to grand central terminal. other places are within a decent walking distance as well. visited new york with my sister & we both had a great time. it was very nice to come back to after a long day of walking around. only thing that sucks is on weekend mornings, the elevator queue can put you back about 15-30 mins. not sure if this occurs weekly or just the weekend we were booked but expect this to occur in the mornings until 11am. staff were very considerate to email guests about instances like this! we also had an issue with a faint sound/alarm in our room that was quite annoying & staff came to investigate in a timely manner! very accommodating staff! would most likely stay at the westin again!"

"Stayed for 2 nights, they were very late making my room up on the 1st day. Even though I was out of the room for the better part of the day. I am an early riser, went down for coffee a few minutes after opening (literally had been waiting for hours) and when ordering a cappuccino, staff literally waved me off saying it was ‘too early” for specialty drinks, and handed me a house coffee.. little off putting. "

"The hotel is located in financial district in a high traffic area. Staff was very accommodating and went out of the way to assist with every request we made. Transport and dining are in abundance. Though the area is noisy this doesn’t affect you once inside the hotel. The most you may hear is traffic in the distance. The area surrounding the hotel is not great, restaurants and businesses dump garbage on the sidewalk. It reeks of smell of garbage, sometimes urine. There is scaffolding on most sidewalks which means stepping onto the road at times."
