「The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. 「It wasn't clean. It wasn't up-to-date, had no amenities like refrigerator coffee pot, microwave. Jacuzzi was not big enough for two people. Poor lighting, fireplace didn't work, and if you needed housekeeping, after a certain time you had to wait till the next day. Cause office can't open the door. And house keeping could do a much better job on keeping it cleaner!!」

「I always stay at the Hudson Plaza Motel when I come into NYC. It's affordable, great value and located close to public transport easy to get to Jersey City and into Manhattan Every room I have stayed in has been clean and very comfortable. There is laundry on site and the staff are always welcoming and helpful 」
