「The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others.」

「Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to...
