“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth……

“The place was convenient & fit 3 couples perfectly! It needs a good deep cleaning. We were short on towels as well. That was the only downside. It was over clean & had great amenities just needs baseboards cleaned and swept. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures & along baseboards. I would stay here again saying all that. Thank you!”

“Very clean property that is represented properly in VRBO. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice new tiled shower and kitchen area. The rain style shower head is a plus. The bed is very soft! If you prefer a very soft bed Unit 4A is the right choice. The owner (Edgar) is very responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not working properly. Edgar and his plumbing help tried to fix it once but it still failed. The second attempt got it fixed. I overall rated 4 stars based on hot water……
