The location is perfect and the club facilities are an added bonus. Communication with the management team was the best I've experienced. “My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!”

“All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. Prior to arrival, we received a great email with suggestions about where to eat, things to do, etc. We spent some time in the community pool and water park, but our family actually really enjoyed. “Our family of 14 loved our Thanksgiving week at the Windsor house! The home was spacious so everyone had their own spot…even the dog had a great backyard to play frisbee or chase the ball! The pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for enjoying day and night. The two large gathering areas allowed the younger crew to have some entertainment time apart from those who wanted to sit and visit. The pool table, ping pong table and poker table all got plenty of action and……

The only negative was that some of the carpet and outdoor furniture just need a little refresh and more shower towels would have been great ! Otherwise totally perfect.”

“We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip.”

“First and foremost, Katie was the epitome of an excellent host. She helped us with any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The home was equipped with all the bells and whistles - even an Alexa in the kitchen that we used to entertain our family . The pool was perfect for our group. Each room has its own unique style. The clubhouse lazy river was the cherry on top of the cake! Our entire family enjoyed it! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay with your family!.”

“The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!”
