"Staff was kind upon arrival at close to midnight, but the room was well below our expectations. The room appeared sheets were clean, but the air was stale and musty in the room. We stayed because it was so late at night, but the AC struggled to cool the room that night, and when I woke up the next morning, I saw several live pests and decided immediately that we would not be staying "

"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."

"Its not a "5-star" type hotel but I loved it. Clean Bedding. Clean & well functioning shower/tub. Quiet. Good AC. Decent Continental Breakfast. Staff was friendly and "on top of things"."

"Pool was filthy as was patio furniture the guest room door slam and are VERY loud so didnt get much sleep. There are alot of signs in parking lot stating hotel is not responsible…… The signs are a bit alarming thinking there must be break ins. "

"We felt unsafe and left the next morning. If we had other options, we would have canceled as soon as we checked out our room. Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to make your stay a positive experience."

"Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price. "
