"客房整潔：優 職員服務：優，訂房是含早餐的，但系統並沒有記錄，服務員叫我們先入坐，然後他去確認。 早餐：選擇種類多，但味道一般，因此都是食牛油多士最沒錯。 地點：High Street Station 一出轉角就到，但沒電梯和升降機，搬大行李箱要上10多级樓梯；而距離Glasgow Central Station步行要差不多20分鐘，有點遠。"

"We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around.It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station."

"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."
