Welcome to our beautiful loft in the heart of Ponta Delgada, where classic charm meets modern comfort. Located in the heart of the city centre, Canto do Atlântico Loft is the ideal base to explore São Miguel. Close to the island's best restaurants, cafes and natural wonders, our home sleeps up to two guests.

A short stroll from the island's best restaurants, cafes and natural wonders, it features tall vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, flat-screen TV, a comfortable queen bed and spacious wardrobes. Perfect for couples seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation.

A. Ground Floor:

▪️Living Room: A welcoming and spacious area with a large TV hidden in built-in wardrobes and a large four-seater sofa that doubles as a sofa bed, for additional sleeping space and comfort. If your booking is for three people, I kindly ask that you let me know in advance so I can prepare as needed.

▪️Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, including all necessary appliances and utensils, including a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, perfect for all your culinary needs.

▪️A cozy kitchen corner with barstools, perfect for meals or a quick coffee.

▪️Washing/drying machine.

▪️Ground Floor Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities.

B. Loft Bedroom

▪️ Accessed via stairs, offering a queen-sized bed in a snug setup that overlooks the kitchen/living area, blending privacy with open-plan living.

Note: The property is located in the city centre and you may therefore hear street noise.


IMPORTANT: In accordance with local government regulations, as of 01 January 2025 the municipality of Ponta Delgada has introduced a "tourist tax" ("A Taxa Turística Municipal de Ponta Delgada"). At check-in a tax of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights will need to be paid. This is applicable to all individuals aged 13 and over who are not residents of the Autonomous Region of the Azores. I appreciate your understanding.
