“Casa das Palmeiras is a truly charming guesthouse. Located right in the heart of a small town, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was bright, airy, and very comfortable. “Room and bedding was comfortable. Location was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location was very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think the 7 euros an hour for early check in was a bit pricey. Our only other criticism would be the breakfast room and food were just average. ”

“This is a refurbished older building that was modern inside with a few touches of the past in the lobby area. It was very convenient for catching tours that met you just at the corner of the street as the streets themselves are too narrow for the vans. The breakfast buffet was terrific with many options.
