「At first impression, I wasn’t sure about the property. However, after three days, I came to feel that it was an absolutely perfect spot to stay in Florence. It’s charming, the staff is terrific and the location could not be better. In my opinion, it’s worth it to spend a few extra euros to get a room with a terrace. 「Excellent hotel and incredible location! Our second time in Florence and so happy we stayed here! You can’t beat the location. The room was huge and clean. We have nothing bad to say about our stay and highly recommend it.」

「The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!」
