“The condo was great for the two of us and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive to our questions and gave excellent recommendations of restaurants and attractions to visit. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Very AMAZING! The room was Excellent… we had the king suite with kitchen, it was huge! Bathroom was large and roomy, even had a little dining area and living room area! We were there for the Sand Fest and had an amazing time! Staff was Courteous and Professional… The only thing that was wrong were the room phones they were not working properly and staff is aware… but other than that everything was great! Pool is heated, breakfast is awesome and they even have a small Library and sitting area! ”

“The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. ”

“Ocean's edge was nice for our weekend stay. Its very close to th beach. I really like that it has an outdoor shower so you can rinse the sand off before getting in the pool. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly.”

“Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead.”

“Picture a little disappointing for the suite. It looked like there was a wall in between the pull out sofa and the queen beds. But it was one straight line of beds. Needed a divider between for kids with their own tv. But very nice place will definitely stay again. ”

“Checking in was a breeze. The 2 queen room was spacious and clean. There is a small fridge and microwave for convenience. The breakfast is not heavy on proteins but ample choices anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!”

“Room was very clean but felt kind of sparse and not very homey feeling. If you want a luxurious place try something a little more upscale. Nice place overall and will stay again if we need a room.”
