“Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. “Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! ”

“Was not able to enjoy amenities because of the weather and early departure but the view looked lovely. The floor in our room was VERY noisy and the bathroom could do woth some updating. The shower curtain was old and discoloured and the shower faucet very basic and flew all over the place unless you held it. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy as we had a flight to catch. Staff were wonderful!”

Leider hat das Hotel in entscheidenden Situationen nicht glänzen können, daher nur 4 statt 5 Sterne: - Die Frühstücksräume sind sehr klein und eng, der Tag fängt also mit Parcourlauf an. - Im Zimmer liegt ein Infoflyer falls man andere Kissen wünscht, da ich oft Nackenschmerzen bekomme habe ich das Angebot angenommen, bekommen habe ich……
