"Definitely thought it was going to be bad but was happily surprised. The room was really clean and bath. No weird smells. AC was amazing. Staff was direct and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot close to the pier and food spots."

"The property was unacceptable..it was addicts hanging around when I pulled in. They had to run them off when I arrived. The rooms had flies in them. The beds were nasty. I've never experienced such nastiness in my life. It was terrible! I will never return there ever again"

"This property has a great location- super easy to walk to the ferry to Norfolk Waterside (and Nauticus), easy to walk to the historic Portsmouth and High Street. Parking at the property was easy. There was plenty of space for our family to gather and also enjoy a little time apart. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The coffee station was thoughtful. Very responsive and pleasant host. "Little too cold for swimming but the pool was beautiful. House was very clean and comfortable. We had 8 staying and we didn’t feel on top of each other. One of our party left her jewelry behind but the owner was great and arrangements where made to get them back to her. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment and it was nice and clean. The backyard area is great. The front porch isn’t really useful because you disturb the downstairs ppl. Overall nice place for the price."
