「We loved the guest house and the property. It is truly a beautiful place to stay. Very lovely staff and we really enjoyed our winery and farm tour with the owner, Tiago Cartageno. The wines are amazing as well. Everything was set up perfectly to accommodate our toddler as well. The pool is amazing as is the view. Looking forward to visiting again. 」

「The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. The place is perfect for quiet respite, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast! I recommend to anyone for solo stay or couple gateaway! Their wines are great too! Just make sure to have food for dinner if you want to relax for the evening as everything is pretty far. But the drive is gorgeous and fun! 」

「I love to stay at a farm and hear the sounds of the animals. Great pool and beautiful grounds. Only 5 min drive to Evora.」

「Set in a beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic, it is a lovely place. Not too far from Sintra or Lisbon, it still feels quite removed. The room was very nice, and the bed very comfortable. Connecting to WiFi was a challenge, and unworkable from our room. Taxi service was also a challenge. But overall, we enjoyed our brief stay. 」
