Front desk was closed. Fire Department and Police showed up due to no staffing - had to find another hotel night of. Overall awful experience.

We reserved the room at least week prior to "staying", and when we got there to check in, we were told that there were no rooms left. I then said that we had paid for a room already, and the receptionist gave attitude and told us "well we don't have any rooms." There was an odd smell as soon as you walked in. Can't even imagine what the rooms would look like or smell like. I didn't even feel safe in the parking lot. Just a rough place. Pictures are very deceiving. Price is cheap for a very good reason. If you can afford it, pay more for somewhere better.

Switch to three different rooms. None of the rooms are fully ready showers don’t work air air-conditioning. Don’t work Internet doesn’t work. Phone does not work. They don’t offer a toilet paper. It’s literally just a room.

The manager left for the day with 6 people waiting to be checked in. They had a new system and check in was lengthy. We stood waiting to be checked in over an hour. The clerk Jonae was very good and kept her cool. The room was clean, but not the room I reserved. I asked for 2 queens, I got 2 fulls with a kitchenette. The beds were small for 4 adults.

This was absolutely terrible. No staff on site whatsoever for check in. We waited for too long before we decided to take business elsewhere. Tried to call to speak to someone and nobody has called me back yet. NEVER recommending this place - very disorganized and unprofessional. The hotel was terrible. We booked thinking a 1-night stay I arrived underwhelmed but I didn’t want to initially alarm the others in my party. During check-in attempt multiple people coming in and out appearing to live on the premises and looking suspicious. Upon entering the floor, STINK was the welcome. Then STINK greeted us as we opened the room door. We immediately turned around and booked at a nearby hotel with comparable rates, and accommodations were a complete 180 degree difference. On the contrary, the front desk attendant Lillian, was amazing about our concerns. We decided to explore reviews for this location on multiple sites and
