「Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. 」

「Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. 「Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.」
