「The staff at Orazio Palace Hotel were friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was great and a wonderful way to start the day! The only downfall to our stay at Orazio was our room. We had booked the standard double room, 6 months in advance of our trip and the room that was originally given to us was on the main floor across the hall from the fitness room with not the best smell. 「我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。」

「Rooms are clean and modern, good location, shops and dining options nearby. Highly recommended.」

「Very good staff. Room roof shower not working but the handheld shower is working. The towel heater rack not working. It's in between season so the heater for the whole floor or buidling is on, so room stuffy. Need to open balcony door to sleep but it faces the back of residential properties. Staff kindly provided a fan for us. If not particular it's fine. Perfect location for visiting St Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum as these 2 venues are forever having super long queues so staying here...

「The hotel is very clean. The location is extremely convenient, with buses 87 and 82 right outside the door, providing direct access to the Colosseum. The reception staff were very friendly, making us feel very welcome. 」

「Die Zimmer sind exakt wie beschrieben, könnten etwas größer sein, an sonsten aber angenehm. Leider fanden Sanierungsarbeiten statt, kein Pool und kein Parkplatz. Dafür allerdings bot das Hotel eine Entschädigung an. Ebenfalls netter Service, alle Leute sind engagiert und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. 」
