“The property itself was great and in a great location. The market was very close by which was great to grab things from and have food, snacks an water available. Once we figured out where the A/C unit was it was great to have that working cause June in Venice was a hot one :) The instructions did not match (nor the remote) the pictures they listed in their instruction manual. The downfall to the place was that it was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Lugging a 50lb suitcase up 2……

“Wonderful location very close to the Vatican and easy walking distance to restaurants cafés and shopping. Manager was very helpful and able to answer any questions we had. Building and rooms are very secure and super clean. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Rome!”

“The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful! She was very communicative and kind. The location is great— it’s in a cute neighborhood near some great cafes and restaurants. It is also a less than 15 minute walk to the metro. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The air conditioning was amazing in my room! The one big thing I will complain about is the bathroom’s cleanliness status. It looked clean, but there was an old urine smell and mildewy smell. Another thing, but smaller than……

Getting in and out was a little tricky, with multiple doors to unlock and an elevator that sometimes wasn't available because previous occupants hadn't closed the door properly, but in some ways those added to our experience of what it's like to live in Rome. Would stay again.”

“The property has a shared kitchen where they let me stow my bags before check-in time. My room was lovely and very clean. The bathroom was big, with both a large tub and separate great shower. Espresso machine in the room. Comfortable bed. I found the location convenient to many areas. I used the Lime bicycles often and they were available nearby. I did come home late in the evening to find the building entrance closed. But another guest was also arriving then, and staff responded to her……

“The area was close to all major attractions with the longest walk was to the Colosseum being 20 minutes. Lots of dining options in our area. Room was clean and comfortable ”
