「The lady at the front desk was very nice, however you need to arrive before 4 for a smooth check in, no staff available after 4pm. We were locked out of the complex until a nice gentleman helped us making a phone call. The Hair dryer in the room would jump the power break, we were out of power for couple hours after taking a shower, and there was no staff around to help at all, thankfully the residents who live in the same complex are very nice and helpful and helped us getting the power back...
