「Actual Property does not match the pictures at all, very poorly maintained. Very dirty bathroom and there was mould growing in the bathroom. Very small shower, the layout was veey wierd with 2nd bed right in front of the the cupboard, so much so that u wud bang ur head on the handle if u even tried to stand up. 1st night AC did not work and in morning the flush wont work...we brought this up to the management and they said will have technician look at it once we left the room... in 10 mins they...

「The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic if your stay consists of a lot of Vatican City experiences. The area is very safe and close to the Metro, a great street for shopping and window shopping too. A hidden gem of a property (quite hard to find initially) and great for all Rome and the Vatican has to offer. The star of the stay for us was Carla. A wonderful host and concierge. She is very helpful and a great communicator. She will always answer any questions very promptly...
