「First of all, there was no staff. No one met us when we got there. We were to be let into the building remotely, but we were not. Another tenant was leaving and allowed us to enter. We were standing out in the rain for 20 minutes before the contact person responded to us. There was an issue with security. The lockbox on the room was not locking, and the Management insisted that I leave the key in there. It took two days for them to get the situation resolved. There are plenty of restaurants...

「The host was amazing and had great tips where to eat and how to get to places. Location was on point and most everything was reachable by foot. The room was big, clean and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this place! 」

「Great location, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a street full of nice restaurants just one street down. The only thing to look out for is if you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep with the window open is to book a room with the courtyard view. The street is very loud at night.」

「Great location and very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was nice and had three coffee machines which made a lovely cup of coffee. The hotel restaurant was very good and there are lots of eating options nearby. Handy to walk to the historic centre or Vatican. 」
