“cancel my booking without notice checkin at 12p and asked me to come after4pm arrived at 4p and told me the booking has been cancelled bad experience ”

“A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good and had a great atmosphere.Special shout out to Ann and Claire for all their help.”

“Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, beds are comfy and the TVs are massive. Pubs great staff are lovely and the breakfast is fantastic. And they provide earplugs with the room too as its right over the pub and opposite the train station so no noise disturbances. ”

“The hotel was lovely, not sure how I haven't found it before! Room was initially too warm for me, but I could turn the heating off completely and open the windows which was fab! Only criticism from a female perspective, no mirrors with plug sockets anywhere near them! Mirrors, plug sockets but not together. Will be staying again though :-)”

“This was an adorable hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating around Liverpool. The restaurant/bar downstairs was a pleasant atmosphere. They hosted a variety of events if you wanted to do something without having to leave the property. Even with everything going on it never disrupted our rest. ”

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”

“The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. ”
