"This house was great for our family from the second we walked in. From the arcade games, pool table, and the outdoor scene, it was perfect for all ages. You are three houses back from the beach and it is an easy walk getting to the beach.The homeowner will stay in great comminication with you and will take care of your needs. Read the dedcription when booking as you need to bring bedding, towels, etc but this is communicated so this should not be an issue for you.To sum up our stay we wouldnt have done anything different and it was a great place for our kids. Thank you!!"

"An absolute beautiful, clean, and peaceful sanctuary. We couldn’t believe how extremely well stocked the home was, from beach towels, bath towels, every paper product, cooking needs, tons of fresh linens. The view from the deck is absolute bliss. The beach is a short walk across the street. Beds are very comfortable, nice furniture to fit everyone. We enjoyed every moment of everyday, even when it wasn’t beach weather, we could still enjoy being on the spacious deck. We can’t wait to return to this gem. "

"Property was lovely and a short walk to the beach. The dogs had the best time except for the briars they accumulated in their fur walking through the dunes. It was a short stay but very accommodating. The weather was perfect which made the stay even better. "

The picture windows to the bay are the highlight of the house, offering unrestricted views to beautiful sunrises. "Broadkill Beach is a wonderful, quiet and charming residential beach community. This aIs a beautiful little house with a wraparound deck, dog friendly, with a few hundred feet walk through the dunes to the beach. The house is clean, easily cleanable floors and a basic but full kitchen, comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. There are beach chairs and a grill which we did not use "

"We highly enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. It is the loveliest home we have spent time in at Broadkill Beach or the surrounding area so far. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts thought of everything we may have needed.The walk to the bay/beach was very short so we could spend lots of time out in the sun, enjoying the bay. The outdoor shower was very helpful for keeping the sand out. I hope to spend more time next summer!"
