"It was an older property that they are doing some updating. The heater didn’t work in our unit so they provided a portable heater. It was noisy outside our unit so it was difficult to sleep in,in the morning. They had painted the mop boards and there were paint spills on the floor. Breakfast was good."

"I been staying here the same week for 6 years. Room was clean. They got rid of the weed smokers on the first floor. The building smells better without them there. Parking was good. There is side street parking as well. They offer breakfast. It is coffee and some mini muffins. They need to improve on this. They used to have better breakfast selection. "

"Property was in a great location with nice view. It is on a back corner so you kind of look caddy corner to the ocean & beach but still very good! We loved sitting on the balcony for hours in the morning sunshine. Great place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise. The condo smelled musty but we were there May 1-4 so maybe it had not had time to air out. Showers were good. The first night we had to call the emergency number due to the front door lock not locking from the outside. They sent a technician immediately and it was taken care of. Later on I found that the sliding glass door was unlocked and had been the whole time we were there, so I'm really not sure how secured it was initially. Location is perfect, close to other towns and attractions. Would stay there again!"

"The property was very clean and the location had an ocean front view which was amazing. The unit was outdated, the beds were uncomfortable. The bed in the room at the entrance literally made my spine hurt and I had to sleep on the couch to avoid being in pain. I have never experienced back pain. So this was an unwanted surprise. All in all, it could be better but was just okay. VRBO is amazing to deal with though."

"My kids and I spent 5 days here and couldn’t have asked for a better house or location! The home provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach- which is only 2 blocks to beach public access and to all other accommodations and attractions that the OBX has to offer. I’d recommend this place to anyone!"
