“We really loved our vacation. I could not give it a five stars because we had one problem our dining at one of the al a carte restaurants. We were brought a steak and wine that was an upsell and was not told the price before we ordered. At the end of the dinner we received a bill for 300 euro. If we knew the prices I would have never ordered a 200 dollar bottle of wine. We explained the problem at check out to the manager and were told that the restaurant told them we looked at the menu.

“Nice staff.good service”

“It's a basic 3 star hotel located in the hills, price performance is good but room is not comfortable. More or less a motel.”

“Excellent ”

“The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way.”

“El lugar, las albercas, comida, etc”

“Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.”

“A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù.”

“The place was very nice. Right on the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic. There wasn’t much variety for lunch or supper. So we walked off the property. I would NOT recommend the pedicure. It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful! The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Amazing hotel stay. Quiet area and comfortable environment. Friendly staff at check in and breakfast ”

“Room was cleaned every day, towels were rough though. Staff were approachable and accommodating. Food delicious in every restaurant except the meet in El Dorado, very disappointed.”
