“Clean room. It was ready even before 16pm. They were very helpfull and thoughtfull in any need. Luggage storage available. At checkout (ofcourse not always possible) we could have the room till the time we wanted. And if that is possible they are really ok with that. Contact was very good, always someone available. Sofa bed was really comfortable, same as the big bed. Walking distance from everything and really close to the train station. Pleasant stay!!”

“Das Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Es gab nur Putenbrust oder Salami oder Käse.Es wurde auf Wunsch Rührei oder Spiegelei frisch zubereitet. Es gab auch Obst, Tomaten, Gurken und Datteln. Cornflakes, Müsli und Joghurt waren auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer war riesig. Wir hatten mit 3 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Leider konnte man den Innenpool nicht nutzen, da man die Nutzung zahlen sollte, OBWOHL davon NICHTS in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Ich erwarte dann das man das in die……

“We arrived at 22.00 and met the staff at the elevator whilst leaving the hotel ending their day of work. The reception was said to be open until 24.00 So we were lucky to get our keys! Emailed and asked for the password for the wifi. No answer, and no info in the room. The breakfast? Forget the description at the homepage. It was really poor. The staff was excellent though. A very nice woman very keen to help! Spoke italian only but no problem. Location via Roma: very noisy even on 4th……
