“Smaller room ever, the TV doesn't work, a lot of noise in the hotel”

“The room was clean. There was a storm so there was no TV or internet. The breakfast was delicious. The desk told me the breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We didn't go until 8:35, they had all the foods still and they were still fresh. For check-in I waited at least 10 minutes and I have a cane and that was a long time. The desk had a sign up that someone would be there soon. Several employees walked by but none said they would go get someone to help us. By then the line had 3 people.”

“It was exactly what I expected.”

“這就是一間很中規中矩的飯店，沒有特別好但配上這個價錢似乎也沒有什麼不好。如果只是要省錢找飯店的話是可以訂這間”

“The rooms were very nice and well kept up. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The location was great for easy parking and being close to the lake.”

“This property we were told has only just been under new management for a short period of time. The manager asked that if we had any issues or seen anything that needed to be address that was already not on the list to just let her know so they could add it to the list. When we got into our room the maintenance man was in there doing things that needed to be done in the bathroom. Which no problem. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The air conditioner did keep the room cool as……

“Loved staying here, it was so peaceful and relaxing!”

“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“We just needed a place to spend the night and it served us well for that.”

“Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.”

“When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us……

“Parking was easy. We didn’t need AC since nights were cool. Mosquitoes were out at dusk and dawn so bring bug spray. We just needed to stay a night so we could meet up with cousins for dinner between our trip from Chicago to Cleveland. So we did not make use of the other amenities.”

“非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。”
