“It was good , but the room we got this time did not have good view .,I have visited Hilton Shillim 6 times . The staff were not willing to change the room even on payment . It was difficult to escalate this to the site manager . Was disappointed .”

“The normal room at 1802 flat wasn’t availaa, so we were taken to flat and 1002, very badly maintained flat. AC not working .. no mosquito replant .. no hand napkins .. blankets were stinking .. stained bedsheets .. geyser not working properly, had to wait for 30 minutes before the next person can take bath for the water to get heated .. smelly towels .. shower nob broken .. Worst experience ever at this service apartment.. the person running this (Chaitanya) needs to urgently visit the property……
