「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
「I stayed at the Mayflower during a conference because SF was sold out. I travel a lot for business and stay at marriotts. The online reviews prepared me well - this is an old building with a single person at the desk, old elevator, and very basic amenities. If you are good with that (and I love old buildings and don’t rely on hotels toiletries) then this is a comfortable stay - and I’m glad I took the chance to be near Moscone. Everything was exactly as described - and the person at the front...
"Very friendly reception and staffs. Comfortable bed in the room. The atmosphere when happy hour is excellent with good apple cider going with wine. I would love to stay here again when visiting San Francisco."
