「Great location and wonderful new hotel. I especially like the mattresses being encased. This helps reassure the mattresses are being kept in good shape and not fostering bed bugs or other issues. Staff was fantastic. More visibility with security would be appreciated in the parking lots as theft is a huge problem in ABQ. 」

「I asked the front desk lady a question regarding crime in their area based on a few disturbing things we saw while driving to the hotel. Her remarks were ( you are checking in to a hotel on planet earth ) There is crime everywhere. 」

「It was a delightful step in the past staying in a refurbished mansion! I enjoyed the sitting area in room Route 66! The bed was comfortable, shower adequate. Breakfast was delicious and artistically presented and the weather was such that we got to enjoy it outside on the patio!」

「It was amazing! Had to exit the Ramada by Wyndham to the south (scary) and came here. Felt so safe and everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. They even had robes and slippers to wear and real cups to drink out of. Local artisans make the cleansing products and they even provide a TSA approved bag to take the items in. The staff could tell I was anxious after my fiasco with the previous hotel and made feel so comfortable and safe. This place is like a boutique hotel. I will come back again!」
