“I can’t speak highly enough about our experience here! This was the perfect, quaint bnb in a woodsy area of orca’s island. The innkeeper, Amanda, was courteous and kind. She made us feel very welcomed and well cared for while we stayed with her. The property is both beautiful and comfortable. I’m really happy I chose this location and would definitely return!”

“Inn at the Woods was beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted and set up in the Forest Room, which offered a great view of the trees and the Sportsman Lake across the street. We brought our two dogs, which made great use of the nearby loop trail. It’s just a short drive from Friday Harbor town, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again!”

“We were on orcas only for one night Mother’s Day weekend. The space was beautiful and comfortable and clean with great light. Jodi was a lovely host. We especially loved listening to the birds in the morning. The place is an 18 minute drive from town and is quite secluded. There is a lovely view. Anyone staying there should just keep in mind that the kitchen is more of a kitchenette. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and toaster oven and coffee maker, but no stove so you can warm food……

“We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The garden terrace rooms led right outside the the lawn, views of the ferries, and fire pits. We were able to get the kids asleep and step outside to enjoy a drink and the fires both nights. We……

“I loved the view, the lovely private balcony, the cozy room and decor. I would definitely stay again. The management were very responsive and helpful as well. The electric fireplace is also a cozy addition that I made good use of since it is pretty cold in March, still.”

“This is a historical property, and very well maintained. The rooms have the best soaking tubs ever! I would have given it a five, but the rooms need a little facelift and some new mattresses. The restaurant is great, and so is the spa! 10/10 recommend ”
